Fence contractor in Jacksonville, FL

I read the review and noticed H&W did not get very good ratings but I decided to give them a try based on the few positive reviews I did read. I have to tell you that I am so happy I did. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and answered all my questions. I was given a more than fair quote and even came down a little more after I received another quote from another fencing company. The sales person Darrel was very polite, extremely helpful especially after I provided him with my Land survey. He saved me from future headaches regarding property lines. He always answered my calls and when he was not available, he would call back within the hour. His office administrator, Michelle, was also very professional, helpful, quick to respond to my emails and very pleasant. Even the field workers were a joy. They were very polite and if something was wrong or questionable, they would bring it to my attention before moving forward with the project. I put in a ranch style vinyl fence and it looks fantastic. The work was done in a timely manner, they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. They are a great team. I would highly recommend this company.

I was extremely pleased with the work, the professionalism and the care that they gave to me. I most definitely will refer them to anyone that’s interested.

Amazing customer service, the process was so easy and fast. They had so many options to choose from we are loving our new stylish vinyl fence!
